Cecilie Bahnsen offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn garments in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the generated return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, the items will undergo a quality inspection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
